I came here for 1 night and had a relaxing stay. The staff was really helpful in managing every request. Location: the hotel was next to Newhaven harbor, the restaurant, and Brighton. Visited a few interesting places, including Heaven Farm, located within a close distance from the venue.

Lovely getaway with our pup
We had a nice two-night stay there. It felt super chill, away from all the Brighton craziness. Our room was cute and the dining area had a quirky vibe. Plus, we could bring our dog, who loved chilling under the table during breakfast. Just check for wedding bookings, 'cause that could get noisy.

The room had beautiful furnishings, and the ambience. Staff members were friendly. The location is perfect for enjoying the peaceful Sussex countryside. We faced a bit of a hassle with the dining options. Since the restaurant was closed on Tuesday, we couldn't dine in, and the bar closed early at 5:30 PM, leaving us without dinner options. The breakfast hamper provided was not up to par, and the wait for the restaurant to open for breakfast was inconvenient. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable due to the gorgeous setting and the helpfulness of the staff. Definitely a spot I would consider returning to, but I'd hope for better dining options next time.

Beautiful furnishings and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Limited dining options late in the evening made it tricky. The nearby temporary art galleries were a nice touch too.

Enjoyable Solo Stay with Roomy Views
I spent a lovely night in a Double Room with Garden View. The natural light flooding the room was refreshing, though I had to keep the curtains drawn due to the large front yard windows. A couple of bins for dog waste would enhance the experience for pet owners.

Wow, the cake selection was to die for, and the peaceful picnic spots near the gardens were just perfect! The staff were super friendly this fine location.
A few hiccups, like the mattress being a tad too soft for my taste and the TV only working via an app-so if you're not tech-savvy, be warned! Breakfast was a tad limited too.

Very nice atmosphere and thoughtful touches
From the unique decor to the amazing grounds, every detail. The breakfast spread included delicious pastries and fresh fruits that set us up for the day. One area for improvement would be to enhance communication about dining hours, as we were unable to enjoy dinner after a long travel day.
